Charinthip Sae-Eia (Business Development Professional​)

I joined Schaeffler in 2017 as a Senior Specialist Business Developer in Automotive Technology, SEA. At Schaeffler, there are opportunities for continuous learning and development. For instance, I was given the role of leading start-up projects where I collaborated closely with my team to solve our challenges. With this great opportunity and position offered to me, I can work with other management teams that equip me to have a broader vision and goal. Till today, I always feel excited working at Schaeffler!

Siravan Kanavapee​ (Team Leader Production)

My journey with Schaeffler started on November 1st, 2011, as an Assembly Machine Operator (Clutch line). I have never imagined myself living far from my hometown. I was sent to China for two months for technical training in preparation for a plant setup. Today, I am the team leader of 30 staff, and I am proud to be a pioneer at Schaeffler Manufacturing Thailand.

With ten great years of working in Schaeffler, Schaeffler has become part of my life. It is a company that genuinely cares and listens to its people. Schaeffler is not only a workplace but has become my home and family.

Chinnawat Siriwet (Team Leader Technical Train & Field Service​)

I joined Schaeffler in 2008 as a Sales Engineer for industrial distribution – it was my first job after graduating from university. The company provided me with opportunities to develop my professional skills through leadership programs, networking, and on-the-job training. Throughout my time in Schaeffler, I was given a chance to take on various roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management. Since 2017, I have led the Two Wheelers business in Southeast Asia, working with international colleagues. I enjoy learning and working with a diverse, friendly, and professional team. Schaeffler is a great global company with vast opportunities for all eager to learn and develop themselves.

Poohree Taksee​ (Plant Manager)

2021 marks my 10th year working at Schaeffler Manufacturing Thailand (SMT). I am part of the pioneer team that started the clutch production line in the continental plant (temporary Schaeffler plant in Rayong) before the three additional production lines in the current SMT plant. Through the Schaeffler Talent Management Program, I had the chance to work in several departments, which has helped me learn and increase my scope of knowledge. This has been a valuable experience that has benefitted my personal development in Schaeffler. With excellent management support and teamwork, I look forward to growing alongside Schaeffler and strengthen the organization.
